Johann's Olive Bread from Malta


750 gr. Flour

25 gr. Butter

5 gr. Salt

10 gr. Dried yeast

150 gr. Black sliced olives

10 gr. Dried garlic (chopped)

450 mls. Warm water

Mix all exept the water. Add water and leave for 45 min. turn upsidedown

leave for 30 min than kneed and put in backing container. Leave for 1 hour

and put in oven for 35-40 mins.
